This delicious warming infusion, espeically a tonic for women, is simple to brew: ginger (these were mature roots roasted with dark brown sugar), goji berries, and dried jujube dates steep in hot water for a few minutes. Add raw honey if you want a little sweetness & extra nutrients. All 3 ingredients in my cup are from my mom in Taiwan. I am a lucky daughter!
